    Compensation: $115K–$150K base + up to 25% bonus (starting next calendar year)

    The Opportunity

    The Division Sales Manager will lead a high-performing B2B sales team across the Charlotte region, covering a territory from Kerrsville to Rock Hill, stretching east to mid-NC and west to the mountains (excluding Asheville). You’ll manage and mentor 6–10 field sales reps, helping them exceed performance goals while building deep customer relationships and driving sustainable growth.

    This is a strategic, high-ownership role ideal for a seasoned sales leader with packaging, freight, or industrial sales experience who thrives in a fast-paced, team-first environment.

    What You’ll Do

    Sales Strategy & Execution

    • Recommend and execute annual sales forecasts, budgets, and plans

    • Monitor and revise forecasts as needed to meet market demands

    • Lead contract negotiations and pricing strategy in collaboration with corporate

    • Review Gross Profit Reports, MITS, and Monthly Sales Reports for continuous optimization

    Team Leadership & Coaching

    • Manage 6–10 direct reports in field sales

    • Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews

    • Ride along with reps 2–3 days per week, with special focus on onboarding new reps

    • Motivate, coach, and counsel to improve sales performance

    • Present quarterly sales team assessments to executive leadership

    Pipeline Management & CRM Ownership

    • Ensure accurate, qualified pipeline activity in Pipedrive

    • Oversee CRM adoption and data quality across team

    • Utilize HubSpot as needed for campaign follow-ups and customer engagement

    Customer & Market Focus

    • Maintain personal relationships with key accounts

    • Build customer-centric strategies that lead to innovation and retention

    • Stay current on packaging and automation trends, market shifts, and competitor movements

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with operations, logistics, and purchasing to align on pricing, delivery, and service quality

    • Ensure all activities are aligned with corporate sales and service goals

    You’d Be a Great Fit If You Have:

    • 10+ years of B2B sales experience in packaging, freight, or industrial sectors

    • 2+ years leading sales teams in a quota-driven environment

    • CRM fluency (Pipedrive required; HubSpot experience a plus)

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage forecasts, pricing, and performance metrics

    • Prior experience in long, complex B2B sales cycles

    • Ability to lead by example with humility, integrity, and accountability

    • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for developing others

    Bonus Points For:

    • Experience with packaging automation or industrial supply chain sales

    • Background in companies like Supply One, Piedmont National, or Atlantic Packaging

    • Military experience, especially if you’ve successfully transitioned into B2B leadership

    • Experience at mid-size companies (100–500 employees) with complex sales cycles
