Responsibilities: • Establish a workplace culture aligning with SpinXpress's objectives and define the mission, vision, and values of SpinXpress • Recruit, conduct interviews, select, hire, and nurture an appropriate number of managers and attendants • Focus on team development to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence • Monitor and predict operational patterns and analysis • Create procedures complying with HR regulations • Guide, support, and develop staff, including overseeing the onboarding process for new employees • Encourage staff to take ownership and ensure accountability through consistent feedback • Lead employees to meet productivity, quality, and goal achievement expectations set by the organization • Manage employee work schedules, including training, call-ins, and overtime hours • Implement and refine processes and protocols to sustain operational excellence (quality, speed, efficiency, and output) continuously Qualifications: • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required for this position • Previous experience in operations or related fields is essential • The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail, hospitality, or food service • Demonstrated leadership and development qualities are a must • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are crucial for this role • Knowledge of basic economics, budgeting, and accounting principles is necessary • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment, including Excel, is required • Serving as a knowledgeable resource to the management team is key to providing effective leadership and direction. Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly + bonus
