  • Responsibilities

    The SEO Manager owns the performance of on-site SEO and drives innovation with a focus on increasing organic search engine performance. This role will collaborate with corporate marketing, public relations, product marketing and demand gen to maximize traffic and revenue through organic search. This role is responsible for the execution of SEO strategy, driving increased brand awareness to search engine users. Responsibilities: • Drive SEO standards and work collaboratively to implement SEO best practices across both content and development. • Own organic keyword research and reporting performance metrics for organic search. • Audit and analyze SEO performance, identify issues, find root causes and experiment with solutions to improve and scale performance. • Responsible for crafting SEO-focused titles, meta descriptions, and URLs and working with the content team to produce fully optimized content. • Assist with copywriting for optimization and train content partners in SEO best practices. • Identify new opportunities for improving organic traffic growth. • Partner with the digital team and web developers to improve website performance through internal linking, blog content and landing pages. Qualifications: • Proven track record in managing SEO projects from conception to competition. • Technical SEO Expertise with the ability to translate complex topics for a non-technical audience. • Experience in SEO tools including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc. • Global experience while not required is a huge benefit. • Passion for continual learning. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
