JOB TITLE: DATA ENTRY / QUALITY ANALYST II
DURATION; 6 MONTHS
JOB TYPE: CONTRACT AND ON-SITE
TOP THREE TECHNICAL SKILL SETS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE:
Computer skills with MS Office - Must be very proficient as this role involves extensive data entry. An eye to detail is very important because of lab-related data entry work.
Ability to read and understand qualifications (will not be performing qualifications, but should be able to understand the ones that were performed in support of this new Information Program)
If not in an actual lab setup, some lab work experience from an academic setup is beneficial. The individual will not be performing any experiments but would work very closely with the lab personnel.
TOP THREE SOFT SKILLS WANTED FOR THIS POSITION Strong written and verbal communication skills, works well in a team environment, effective time management
REQUIRED EDUCATION FOR THIS ROLE is HS Diploma and some college. Any particular course work completed that is ideal for this position? COMPUTER AND/OR MICROBIOLOGY LABORATORY COURSES
DESCRIPTION Responsible for creating and uploading protocols for laboratory testing into the Client's Laboratory Information Management System
Will interact directly with laboratory personnel to assess flow of testing protocols
May perform other duties, e.g., controlled document revisions related to LIMS, as assigned
Knowledge and application of Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Strong process orientation, including ability to understand and follow established processes consistently and participate in development of new processes
Ability to understand the purpose and use of laboratory test records
Ability to understand laboratory test procedures Ability to adapt to changes in work processes and requirements
Ability to communicate clearly and accurately in both verbal and written form in all job-related activities
