Are you interested in commercial real estate? and looking for an exciting summer internship? Will train under the Brokerage Team in our Vienna, VA Regional office. Examples of projects: - Assist with market research, completing market surveys, including gathering building information, maps and pictures, CoStar data, and creating building tour booklets. - Update company Contact Relationship Management database to track prospects, clients and deal information - Perform analytical searches in CoStar and Loopnet. - Create and edit presentations for prospect/client meetings. - Assist with updating and collation of marketing and presentation materials and proposal binders. - Produce maps for potential sites. - Preparation of demographic reports and maps for marketing packages.
