3+ Years of IT – US Citizen or US Person;  Primary Skills: •    Comfortable with SQL and working with Oracle  •    Database concepts and SQL experience •    Writing SQL queries, function, procedures, etc •    Writing PL/SQL  - joins, substring, truncate/delete, views •    Secondary Skills: •    JSP, Java, Javascript •    Comfortable with jQuery and Ajax •    Comfortable with HTML •    Strong understanding of how client / server and web technologies operate e.    Strong code debugging skills
