    Diversified Brokerage Specialists (DBS) is expanding and looking for a high energy individual to support our sales and marketing team in recruiting insurance brokers and marketing our products and services. You will also be trained on performing general office duties and certification trainings are available to give you a well-rounded and valuable knowledge of our field.

    Office hours are M-F 8:30-5 in a comfortable, business casual setting.

    Responsibilities

    Make outbound phone calls recruiting and marketing

    Generate follow up interest and schedule appointments for the sales team

    Promote special marketing campaigns and upcoming seminars/ webinars

    Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers

    Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions

    Qualifications

    Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills, both oral and written

    Ability to multitask, problem solve and keep composure in a fast-paced work environment

    Excellent time management, teamwork, and organizational skills

    PC proficiency and Microsoft Office experience

    Insurance or financial industry knowledge is favorable, but not required

    Experience in an outbound telesales role is favorable, but not required

    Experience in sales and /or marketing is favorable, but not required

    A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
