Diversified Power Systems, INC has an immediate position for Customer Support Assistant.
This position is responsible for supporting management with our customer success.
If you are an outspoken person that has strong communication skills, you may be the person we are seeking. As a Customer Support & Virtual Assistant, you will communicate directly with our customer base and must be able to build and grow relationships.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to engage people on a personal level.
- Knowledge of various MS Office and/or Google Docs.
- Email and phone.
- Someone with management and marketing experience; a type-A super-organized sort who’s flexible and able to roll with the punches.
- We are a fun-loving start-up looking for people to join the team early and grow with us.
- This is a remote position.

JOB DUTIES:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Other duties as requested
EXPERIENCE:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

- This is remotely from your home due to Covid 19 at this time.
- The interview will be conducted remotely as well.
EDUCATION:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
