    As an intern, you will join over 5,000 talented individuals who are leaders, critical thinkers, accountable, curious, flexible and results-minded all driving toward the same goal - to delight customers and drive sales through multiple channels. Our 12-week, summer Internship program gives you the freedom and flexibility to work in a location that is most comfortable and productive for you.

    In addition, you will join a diverse group of individuals from a variety of colleges, universities and areas of study. Some highlights of our internship program include:

    • Twelve-week program: May 22 - August 11

    Our internship program is designed with future leaders in mind and serves as a pipeline for top talent. Lands' End is seeking a highly motivated student or recent graduate to serve as an intern to support the organization's efforts to promote and enhance diversity and inclusion for the organization. This position requires an individual who is passionate and curious about diversity, equity and inclusion as it relates to the workplace. This individual should be eager and willing to learn, be detail-oriented and enjoy working with people. The selected candidate should be comfortable with identifying and pursuing creative problem solving and can effectively write and communicate in a concise manner to a variety of stakeholders.

    Successful candidates should have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

    • Support and work in collaboration with the DE&I Council to develop, promote, and implement DE&I efforts throughout the organization.

    • Work with the DE&I Council and Employee Services to research best practices, develop possible new approaches, training, policies, and procedures to effect continuous improvement of DE&I programming and policies.

    • Provide administrative support for events, meetings, which may include communication, logistics, and developing content.

    • Research DE&I efforts that may be relevant to the apparel or retail industry.

    • Research and provide updates on DE&I events, initiatives, and actions that may be relevant to Lands' End's BRGs and employees.

    • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
