    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Diverta is seeking an experienced SAAS CONSULTANT SALES ENGINEER, who is well-versed in Web technologies and knows the ins and outs of B2B sales strategies. 

    You'll be joining the marketing team of our brand new Headless CMS KUROCO, aimed at the global market. Your role as our Consulting Sales Engineer will be analyzing the market to define potential customers, reach out, and lead the product's presentations to both a business audience and a technical audience. 

    A deep understanding of the technical aspects of the product is crucial to your mission so that you can leverage Kuroco's features in a manner that solves specific customer problems and highlights Kuroco's strong points compared to other options in the market. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Approach prospects who could benefit from Kuroco and maximize outbound leads.
    • Craft presentations that address client business problems and how Kuroco matches their needs.
    • Lead consulting meetings with potential clients and provide them innovative solutions and use-cases.
    • Conceive sales strategies, consulting coverage plans, and goals.
    • Acquire a deep technical understanding of the product and use it to assist clients and other teams.
    • Work closely with the sales team until closing the sale.
    • Contribute to sales pitches, marketing campaigns, and strategy meetings.
    • Research and recommend new processes, tools, methodologies …
    • Identify market potential and feedback and provide that input to Management for the continuous evolution of the product.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Native English speaker, fluency in speaking and writing.
    • 4-6 years experience in Sales/Pre-sales. B2B SaaS sales experience is a plus.
    • Exposure to front-end technologies, Javascript frameworks, and CMS.
    • API expertise, and the ability to propose solutions to clients' technical challenges.
    • College degree or above in IT/Computer Science or Sales/Marketing.
    • Strong communication skills in-person, and through virtual meetings, e-mails, messages,...
    • Outstanding presentation skills and style, engaging delivery.
    • Common values with our company, and ability to work according to DIVERTA WAY.
    • Speaking Japanese is not necessary.

    WORK CONDITIONS:

    EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time; 

    WORKING HOURS: Flexible; 

    ANNUAL SALARY: 5M - 10M JPY;
