    Job Description

    This is an Inside Sales position. You will work closely with our Sales Manager, writing quotes, emailing clients, making/returning phone calls and strengthening existing relationships. Your primary focus will be to keep the sales flow moving. This is great opportunity to join a rapidly growing company!

    Duties (Key Focus)

    • Generate quotes and close deals with existing clients.

    • Return phone calls and emails in a timely matter.

    • Address client inquiries regarding quotes, products and the status of jobs in progress.

    • Create and update site maps in System Surveyor.

    • Update client information in TigerPaw as needed.

        • Maintain communication lines between the Sales Department, Field Technicians and Technical Departments.
      • **Requirements

    • **2-3 years experience in industry-related sales.

    • 2-3 years cold calling experience.
      *Familiarity with alarms/cameras/security systems is a bonus but not required.
      *Prior experience delivering exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment.

    • Ability to communicate well both written and verbally.
      *Ability to build a trust-based relationship with both clients and staff.
      *Coachable, and able to listen to and implement advice from managers.
      *Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
      *Effectively manage deadlines and priorities
      *Punctual and dependable.
      *Sense of humor is preferred.

    Compensation - $45k to $55k based on experience.
