Responsibilities: Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients Follow up on all leads and requests for information Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired • Sale experience is required, preferably in B2B, Car Sales or door to door sales. Can't stress enough that you MUST HAVE sales experience • Able to be accountable for your results • TEAM PLAYER is a must • Follow guidance and direction • You must complete the assessment that will be emailed to you for consideration  • Bilingual in English/Spanish  • MUST TAKE THE DISC ASSESSMENT to be considered for this position.
