As the Customs Division Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Account Management Team while managing your own portfolio of client accounts. You'll coordinate with production, purchasing, scheduling, and upper management to ensure jobs are executed on time, client communication is seamless, and internal teams are aligned. This position plays a critical role in maintaining our reputation for service and excellence in every project. Compensation: • Salary Range: starting $60,000-$80,000 • Bonus potential • Paid Time Off • Medical • Dental Plan • Vision • Basic Life and AD&D • Voluntary Life AD&D • Short- and Long-Term Disability Plan • Accident (High & Low) Plan • Critical Illness Plan • Hospital Indemnity Plan • Paid Gym Membership through Lifetime Fitness Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of the Account Management Team, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all job tasks • Oversee material needs for the Custom Division to ensure material utilization, material quality, and sourcing. • Manage communication and coordination between departments and with upper management • Supervise and train Account Managers, conduct daily team huddles, and ensure team alignment and accountability • Personally manage assigned client accounts, including full order entry, template scheduling, and post-install service • Ensure all job scheduling in Moraware aligns with customer deadlines and project milestones • Monitor and respond to emails daily, ensuring no correspondence goes unanswered • Troubleshoot scheduling and material issues to prevent delays and maintain client satisfaction • Approve shop tickets and verify material selections before template • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of assigned accounts’ stone and sink programs • Uphold exceptional customer service standards and help build long-term client relationships • Assist with other builder accounts and additional tasks as directed by upper management • Periodic job site visits as needed. Qualifications: • Proven experience in account management, operations, or project coordination, ideally within construction, manufacturing, or a related industry • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage, train, and motivate a team • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Superior communication and client service skills • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in systems such as Moraware or similar project/job management software • Detail-oriented with a passion for proactive problem-solving • Willingness to work 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000
