    We've teamed up with an independent O&G operator with significant assets in prolific onshore basins and they’re seeking a Division Order Analyst to support its expanding portfolio of operated properties. This role focuses on ownership and title analysis, division order preparation, and revenue distribution accuracy while collaborating closely with land, accounting, and operations teams. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing operator with active onshore assets, offering exposure to complex title scenarios and collaboration across multiple disciplines.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Review and interpret title documents including deeds, leases, assignments, and probate records.
    • Establish and maintain accurate Division of Interest (DOI) for producing and non-producing properties.
    • Prepare and issue division orders in accordance with regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain ownership records and process transfers related to sales, probate, trusts, and other ownership changes.
    • Partner with revenue accounting to resolve suspense items and ensure proper revenue distribution.
    • Serve as a point of contact for royalty owners, partners, and internal teams regarding ownership and payment inquiries.
    • Maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies related to division orders and ownership reporting.

    Qualifications

    • 2-5+ years of division order, land administration, or related oil & gas experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Business, Land Administration, or related field preferred
    • CDOA certification or willingness to pursue
    • Strong understanding of mineral ownership, title interpretation, and division order processes
    • Experience with industry systems such as Enertia, Quorum, P2, or WolfePak preferred
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
