    Position Description:

    The Division President of Residential Services will provide visionary leadership and strategic oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality care for primary mental health. Therole involves managing residential services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a supportive environment for both staff and patients. Theywill be responsible for guiding the organisation towards its mission of providing effective treatment and support. The Division President of Residential Services will be responsible for overseeing residential locations in PA and OH.

    Qualifications for Division President:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in primary mental health, preferably in residential care.
    • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and operations.
    • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and financial management abilities.
    • Knowledge of mental health regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication skills and flexibility to meet role demands.

    Responsibilities for Division President (include but are not limited to):

    • Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and alignment with organisational goals.
    • Oversee residential programs, ensuring quality, compliance, and evidence-based care.
    • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance to foster a positive work culture.
    • Develop and evaluate clinical programs to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
    • Manage budgeting, funding, and financial sustainability of the centre.
    • Build partnerships, promote the centre, and drive continuous improvement through strategic planning.
