    Division Sales Manager - Commercial Landscaping - Base Salary to 105k/year - Grand Junction, CO

    • AllSearch Recruiting has a client looking for a Division Sales Manage (internally titled Landscape Sales Division Manager and Estimator) to join their growing team. The Division Sales Manager will play a key part in planning and organizing resources to complete construction projects on time and under budget.

    Responsibilities:

    • Establish project budgets, including sub-jobs and rate validation
    • Lead vendor and subcontractor selection, negotiation, and buy-out process
    • Secure required bonds and insurance documentation
    • Oversee submittal process to ensure timely approvals
    • Manage and monitor project schedules to maintain timeline compliance
    • Prepare internal reports, including monthly job cost forecasts and cost-to-complete analysis
    • Review, approve, and accurately code vendor invoices
    • Prepare and coordinate customer billing with Accounts Receivable
    • Develop and manage change orders, including pricing and client communication
    • Maintain owner/customer communications, including change and delay notices
    • Oversee project safety compliance and enforcement of safety programs
    • Coordinate preconstruction meetings with operations leadership and field supervision
    • Support scheduling of upcoming work and update construction schedules monthly
    • Assist in dispatching and coordinating field crews
    • Lead project turnover to maintenance department
    • Conduct job closeout meetings and verify completion of all required documentation (as-builts, warranties, O&M manuals)
    • Review division backlog with preconstruction leadership
    • Support estimating efforts within the division’s scope of work
    • Drive division growth through client relationship management and new business development
    • Evaluate future labor, equipment, and fleet needs based on backlog projections
    • Coordinate short-term operational needs (personnel, equipment, materials) with operations leadership
    • Review and approve non-project purchasing within the division
    • Analyze monthly financial performance with executive leadership
    • Coordinate shared resources across divisions
    • Partner with Human Resources on hiring, performance management, and workforce planning
    • Participate in strategic planning discussions for division growth
    • Lead by example in safety, quality, ethics, and workplace conduct
    • Train, mentor, and develop team members across the division
    • Resolve conflicts effectively and drive performance accountability
    • Promote company culture and maintain cross-departmental communication
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of degree
    • Working knowledge of operational processes and cost management
    • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
    • Demonstrated experience leading and improving operational performance
    • Strong commitment to workplace safety and risk reduction
    • Proven leadership and people management experience

    Compensation:

    • Base salary in the 85k - 105k/year range plus full benefits and commission structure
