What You WON’T Be Doing • Conducting every client consultation alone • Managing your own calendar and admin • Sending invoices or chasing overdue bills • Burning the midnight oil writing motions after a day of admin chaos We have trained staff and proven systems to handle all of that. Responsibilities: • Manage and expand the client caseload, focusing on handling intricate cases as an attorney • Assist other attorneys with case strategy and preparation for contested matters • Training and development of staff • Aid in the firm's efforts to identify and establish satellite offices in various counties, including DuPage, Northern Cook, and Lake County Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of practicing law specializing in Family Law • Proficient in handling various hearings and trials related to child custody and intricate family law matters • Must possess strong decision-making skills, public speaking abilities, and previous supervisory experience • Ability to bring a portable book of business • Must be admitted and in good standing with the Illinois Bar Compensation: $120,000+ - $200,000+ yearly
