Candidates should be adept at preparing necessary legal documents in connection with prenuptial agreements, initiating and finalizing divorces, alimony, child support/child custody, and real estate. Responsibilities: • Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, marital settlement agreements, judgements, and orders for a high volume of cases • Organize and maintain client files to ensure they are kept current • Assist clients effectively by understanding their needs analyzing the situation then strategizing and deciding on a proper course of action • Collaborate with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move files through the civil litigation process • Attend court proceedings as needed to represent clients Qualifications: • Licensed Massachusetts Family Law Attorney with 2+ years of hands-on experience in divorce and family law • Strong courtroom presence with proven litigation and negotiation skills • Ability to independently manage cases from intake through final judgment • Confident communicator who can counsel clients effectively under pressure • Organized, reliable, and committed to providing strategic and compassionate representation Bonus Points If You: • Experience handling real estate issues within divorce matters (marital home division, buyouts, etc.) • Familiarity with Clio, Lawmatics, and Microsoft Office Suite • New Hampshire bar license • Comfortable with tech and remote collaboration tools Compensation: $93,891 - $109,432 yearly
