Compensation: • $80,000 - $130,000 yearly plus bonus Responsibilities: • Represent clients in divorce and family law cases, ensuring their rights and interests are protected. • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advisement. • Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements, with precision and clarity. • Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and develop case strategies tailored to their unique situations. • Negotiate settlements and agreements, striving for favorable outcomes while maintaining professional integrity. • Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials, presenting cases effectively and confidently. • Maintain open and consistent communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly and empathetically.
