Responsibilities: • Investigate and collect case facts, documents, and evidence for attorney review. • Organize and maintain digital case files, ensuring compliance with the firm’s standards. • Conduct legal research, including case law, statutes, and judicial decisions, and provide detailed reports. • Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, motions, affidavits, and correspondence with precision. • Manage discovery processes, including gathering evidence, coordinating subpoenas, and verifying information. • Prepare for trial by organizing exhibits, creating trial binders, and assisting attorneys in the courtroom. • Ensure timely, accurate, and complete filings and service of legal documents. Qualifications: • 4+ years of Family Law paralegal experience. • Knowledge of Minnesota state court rules and procedures. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Experience with MS Word and Excel. • Ability to work efficiently and interact in a positive manner with clients, attorneys, and staff while under pressure. • A professional demeanor is a must. Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
