Job Description
Dixie Converting Corporation is looking for a Part-time Receptionist/Accounting Clerk. In this position, you will:
- Act as a first point of contact for the office and greet persons visiting the company.
- Answer and direct incoming calls;
- Perform daily accounting duties of making bank deposits, printing daily bank reports, posting payments, entering various transactions into Excel spreadsheets. Also will be responsible for copying, filing, and distributing various reports.
- Receive, open, time-stamp, sort and distribute mail.
- Order, receive, distribute and store office supplies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
