A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A LEAD CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)
As a Lead Customer Service Representative (CSR), you arrive each day ready to use your top-notch interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with both potential and existing customers. In an effort to provide steady opportunities for our residential plumbing department, you educate our customer base on current specials and services that will benefit them. You are sure to use your active listening skills to lend an empathetic ear to each client and you provide excellent, friendly, uplifting customer service from start to finish. By proactively making outbound calls and cheerfully answering inbound phone calls, you easily secure service appointments for our residential plumbing division.
You are an effective closer who helps ensure that we have a steady flow of business by generating and qualifying leads, as well as developing client referrals. This helps us keep the 3-day call board full. You are the greatest example for your fellow teammates as you help them to surpass our company's sales goals by using your go-getter attitude. You find great fulfillment in meeting and exceeding sales goals and finding financial success!
