Open Systems Technologies Corporation is looking for a Financial Management analyst to join our team in a client-facing role. As a key member of our Department of Defense (DoD) financial management team, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing financial processes, leveraging your expertise in SAP-FM, Qlik, Oracle, and Power BI.
Apply knowledge of financial management, accounting, and financial systems as part of a team providing business transformation and operational support to the Department of Defense (DoD) and Component clients. Collect and analyze DoD organizations’ financial and budgetary transactions and business processes. Review and evaluate operational financial management cycles to identify process gaps and provide both qualitative and quantitative recommendations for improvements. Analyze financial transactions data, and develop recommendations related to strategic goals and initiatives to be presented to client leadership. Provide guidance and assistance to initiative teams while performing business process improvement tasks and delivering products that will be utilized to advise senior client leadership in the preparation, tracking and achieving of financial performance metrics. Work in a collaborative team environment and interact with internal teams as well as executive stakeholders on a regular basis to accomplish project objectives. Act as functional lead and develop and validate FM approaches on specific initiatives to ensure all aspects are coordinated, including meetings, action items, and continuity of follow-up.
