  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced DevOps System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between development and operations teams, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of software products. You will work closely with software developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to streamline our software development processes and improve efficiency. This is an on-site position.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design, implement, and manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines
    • Automate repetitive tasks and optimize development workflows
    • Collaborate with software developers to ensure code quality and reliability
    • Identify bottlenecks in development and deployment processes and employ solutions to mitigate
    • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
    • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards
    • Implement and maintain monitoring tools for system performance
    • Document processes and procedures for future reference
    • Provide technical support and guidance to development and operations teams
    • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to improve processes
    • Enable DevOps mindset into the organization by working collaboratively with Development and Operations Team members
    • Maintain general platform health and system integrity.
    • Coordinating with other Team members to plan capacity and scaling needs.
    • Run and maintain different Product environments (Development, Stage, Production)

    Must have Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevSecOps, or application development role
    • Experience with automation tools and automating pipelines
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices
    • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
    • Experience with continuous integration tools
    • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

    In addition, we would thrilled if you have the following:

    • A love for working cross-functionally with product teams, data scientists, and other stakeholders while building real products.
    • Experience developing medical devices or working in regulated industries. ISO 9001 and 13485 would be a plus.
    • Project management skills
