The Clinical Engagement Specialist is responsible for ensuring strategic alignment with our partners from healthcare industry and academic societies to create networks for physician collaboration around medical products and therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic customer relationship-building
• Develop and hold the clinical strategy for each account
• Drive growth, engagement, and clinical dialogue in our clinician networks
• Identify opportunities to improve the clinician and customer experience through process improvement
• Provide guidance and strategic direction to internal teams supporting our communities

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years experience in customer success or account management, ideally within the healthcare space, where you have led conversations with executives and built proactive account strategies
• Ability to read and understand clinical and scientific content
• A natural curiosity and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for healthcare PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
• Background in medicine, healthcare, or sciences and ability to understand and guide clinical discussions
• Experience working with a medical device or pharmaceutical company

We are currently sheltering in place during the pandemic. Normally, this is a full-time position based out of our San Francisco headquarters a few blocks from the Ferry Building.
