    Job Description

    DocMatter is changing the face of collaboration for the medical community and hiring exceptional individuals that want to contribute to that mission. You will be responsible for addressing all inbound support cases from current and future DocMatter members, including clinicians, vendor representatives, and medical society staff.

    You will be the first point of contact DocMatter, the ideal candidate will bean impeccable communicator who is eager to articulate the value of our platform through 1:1 conversations (both written and verbal). In addition to the short-term goal of fulfilling requests for password resets, new joins, and technical support, the Customer Success Associate will also aim to drive long-term engagement with DocMatter. Apart from customer-facing responsibilities, the CSA will also train and interface with teams across our organization, including our Customer Success, Sales, Data, and Clinician Advocate teams.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Address all incoming support cases within 24 hours, assessing the situation, checking activity history, and implementing a follow up plan
    • Contact clinicians via phone to provide an introduction to the platform and walk through the login process
    • Be persistent in sending multiple outreaches until the clinicians needs have been addressed
    • Bachelor's Degree1.5 -3years of professional experience in a customer-facing role
    • Adept in making strong first impressions via phone and email
    • Comfortable working with a CRM (Salesforce)
