The Role

DockYard is hiring a Software Engineer with WinUI 3 experience to work within our R&D department on new initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO and stakeholders to understand business goals, analyze requirements, formulate solutions, and ensure the successful execution and delivery of the end product
• Assist in scoping, estimating, and planning of projects
• Participate in code review, pairing, and other forms of knowledge sharing

Must Haves

• 5 years of overall software development experience
• Production experience developing desktop applications with WinUI 3 
• Experience working with a cross-functional team in an Agile environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Elixir
• Experience working in a remote environment
• Prior experience working within an R&D department
