    About your Role:

    The State Clinical Director is responsible for the day to day operations oversight of all of the clinical and program services that occur within the agency, including implementing policies and procedures related to contractual requirements. These clinical programs include, but aren’t limited to: Home-Based, Supervised Visitation, Traditional Foster Care, Therapeutic Foster Care, Office-Based, etc. The position is also responsible to manage all administrative and clinical operations with the ability to effectively plan and implement systematic changes. S/he manages the clinical system through data and client file review, staff training initiatives, analytics, and implementation of clinical programs, policies and procedures.

    The State Clinical Director is responsible for performing specialized tasks such as program development, clinical training initiatives, creation and delivery of reports on such areas as productivity, trending of clinical needs, identification and accomplishment of goals and objectives, and initiatives that lead to attainment of desired clinical outcomes, supervision that exemplifies his/her specialized training and/or experience.

    The State Clinical Director participates and facilitates meetings and local and national committees as assigned. S/he collaborates with the Quality Assurance Department to meet deadlines and contract requirements.

    The State Clinical Director is willing and expected to work a flexible schedule and take after hours calls as well as travel as needed.

    The State Clinical Director performs other assigned duties as assigned or necessary to support the department and agency.

    Does the Following Apply to You?

    Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other related field.

    Must hold a clinical level license with the ability to provide services independently in the State of IN.

    Must have prior supervisory experience-minimum of 10 years.

    Must have at least 5 years of experience with overseeing LCPA programs.

    Clinical license to practice addictions preferred.

    Must have prior experience working in the community mental health and other 3rd party contractual systems.
