Dockside Services, part of Pathways – one of the largest national providers of accessible, outcome-based behavioral and mental health services, is in search of a compassionate, caring, growth-minded Clinical Manager.

About your Role:

The Clinical Manager assists the Regional Director by providing clinical support, mentoring, and supervision of assigned staff and ensures that therapeutic interventions are provided to children, adolescents, adults, and their families in a caring, competent, and responsible manner and in accordance with contractor expectations, state law, and COA guidelines. The Clinical Manager participates in the interviewing, hiring, and training of employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; as well as appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems that arise.This position requires travel of approximately 30% of the time.

Does the Following Apply to You?

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy

5 years of experience and/or training in serving children/adolescents, families, and adults in a therapeutic treatment environment.

The number of years of experience and exact type of experience shall be in accordance with applicable state requirements.

Degree must be from an accredited learning institution
