About your role:

We are seeking a compassionate, caring, growth-minded Therapist to join our team and walk alongside clients with training and support. In this position, you will work with children/youth ages newborn to 18 involved in the child welfare system. You will meet with them regularly in their foster homes, family homes, school, or residential facilities to conduct assessments, treatment planning, and individual counseling. You will facilitate, transport, and supervise visits between the child and birth family, providing family counseling. This position attends Child family treatment team meetings, court hearings, and maintains case documentation of interactions.

What we're looking for:

LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or LPC or currently in the licensure process, in Indiana preferred

Experience in the mental health or foster care field preferred

Valid state driver’s license in good standing and at least current state minimum auto insurance
