    The Regional Supervisor, under the supervision of the Regional Director (Indianapolis) will support the Community Based and Foster Care programs both administratively and clinically and will ensure that the Dockside Services values are demonstrated for each client served.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Assures that Case Management activity occurs in a manner that maintains the quality of the agency as required by all applicable State and Federal standards and policies; offers input to the Clinical Director and/or Regional Director in terms of recognizing problem areas in order to improve quality of care.

    Helps to ensure the integrity of the programs and services offered by the agency.

    Supports the region’s efforts to increase foster care census, recruit FP homes, and increase Home Based referrals

    Maintains relationships with referring agencies, both in person and over the phone/e-mail; attends all required meetings; fulfills all day-to-day requests for information concerning specific agency clients as well as to facilitate new referrals.

    Assists in reviewing, gathering, and monitoring DCS monthly reports for all staff; overseeing case documentation, productivity, and performance; ensures that all required documentation and reports are completed accurately and turned in by established deadlines.

    Participates in and assists with facilitation of weekly team meetings,

    Coordinates the receiving of referrals and assignment of cases to all direct service staff.

    Assists and participates in the periodic performance evaluations of all Case Managers as required by policy.

    May provide on-call support to Case Managers outside of regular business hours. Needs to be available to assist or call backup.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Psychology, or directly related human services field from an accredited college and two years of direct service experience; or

    Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or directly related human services field from an accredited college and two years of direct service experience with a clinical license issued by the Indiana Licensing Board; or

    Must pass state and HR level background checks.

    Proof of: valid ID driver’s license, valid auto insurance coverage as well as proof of education are required.
