    Dockside Services, Inc. Team is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Substance Abuse Counselor/Therapist ensures that therapeutic interventions are provided to children, adolescents, adults, and their families in a caring, competent, and responsible way. The Substance Abuse

    Program Coordinator is responsible for the nature and quality of all substance abuse services delivered and substance abuse program content.

    This position offers a Salary plus Incentive pay structure

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service discipline (i.e. counseling, mental health, social work) from an accredited college or university and verified direct 3 years’ experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic treatment environment

    Master’s Degree in a Human Service discipline (i.e. counseling, mental health, social work) from an accredited college or university and verified direct 3 years’ experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic treatment environment

    Valid state driver’s license in good standing

    Appropriate automobile insurance (at least state minimum)

    Certified as Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) or Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC) in Indiana
