Dockside Services, Inc. we specialize in providing direct services and case management to children, adolescents and adults with behavioral and medical health needs, as well as those supervised by government subsidized programs, in their homes or through community-based resources. SUMMARY
Provides guidance for clinicians in composing treatment plans, authorizes treatment plans and other documentation as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides clinical consultation to therapists. Signs off on treatment plans and other associated paperwork. Ensures documentation compliance with Medicaid.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Qualified candidates must be a Health Service Provider in Psychology (HSPP) in the state of Indiana or transferable to Indiana.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
This position requires the following credentials: Psy.D. or Ph.D.
Certificates and licensure must be consistent with State and Federal requirements.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
This position requires the following additional qualifications.
Knowledge and experience in the areas of mental health and child welfare
Ability to provide guidance and leadership to achieve State and organizational goals. Mentoring skills
Ability to work as team member Organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form and to interpret State, Federal and Educational organizations, and accreditation rules, policies, procedures and practices.
Understanding of systems of care and reimbursement structures, including per diem, fee for-service and Medicaid models
Ability to effectively utilize data management programs
