We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator who gets excited about helping business units solve business problems through automated systems and reporting. You will work cross-functionally (e.g., with Sales and Marketing teams) to identify optimizations and design solutions. 

DAY TO DAY SUMMARY: 

As a Salesforce Administrator reporting to the VP of Operations, you will

• Configure and maintain our CRM (Salesforce) and dependent business systems
• Identify process roadblocks with other teams and collaborate to design scalable solutions through automation and integration
• Create and maintain internal user guides to updated processes
• Build actionable data reports and visualizations that will help other teams make strategic decisions
• Train other employees to use data to answer questions without assistance
• Collaborate on deep data analyses and investigations for longer term projects

IDEAL CANDIDATE DESCRIPTION:

• 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator with experience in configuration and support
• Interested in working independently on small to medium sized projects from requirements gathering to go-live
• You have a natural curiosity and investigative mindset - driven to know “why”
• Strong problem solving & technical skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical end-users.
• You want to work in a fast, high growth startup environment, and are comfortable operating within the ambiguity that comes with that
• Bonus Points: You've written some Apex or you've quieted with SQL/SOQL
