Key Responsibilities:

Deliver chiropractic adjustments and treatments focused on spinal and musculoskeletal health.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Conduct patient assessments through interviews and physical exams.

Clearly communicate diagnoses and treatment goals to patients.

Maintain accurate and compliant medical records.

Coordinate referrals to other healthcare professionals when necessary.

Ensure documentation meets CMS standards and reflects medical necessity.

Foster a respectful and compassionate environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Chiropractic license with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients.

Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.

Effective verbal and written communication.

Willingness to participate in weekly coaching and professional development.

Experience in Community Health Centers is a plus.
