Alpha Animal Rehabilitation & Fitness is seeking a growth-minded physical therapist, physical therapist assistant, rehabilitation professional, educator, or healthcare entrepreneur interested in helping build something bigger than a traditional job.

What You’ll Help Build
Community Growth & Business Development
Develop relationships with veterinarians, trainers, gyms, and community partners
Expand referral networks and strategic partnerships
Identify new growth opportunities within the animal rehabilitation industry
Assist with outreach events, presentations, and educational programs
Support long-term business development initiatives
Education & Professional Development
Help develop continuing education opportunities for PTs and PTAs interested in animal rehabilitation
Assist in building a future Alpha educational pathway and certification framework
Develop workshops, mentorship programs, online education, and professional resources
Collaborate on curriculum development and program design
Help create the next generation of animal rehabilitation professionals
Strategic Growth Initiatives
Contribute ideas, systems, and processes that support scalability
Assist with long-term expansion planning
Help develop additional revenue streams and professional offerings
Participate in strategic planning and growth discussions

Compensation Structure
Compensation is designed around growth and value creation and may include:
