Imagine a DPT career built on 3 expectations:

Think Deeply. Treat Boldly. Go Home on Time.

Too many clinics run on volume. But high volume rarely equals high quality outcomes... it leads to frustrated therapists who slowly burn out.

The industry calls that “normal.” We don’t.

A Different Way to Practice Outpatient PT

At our calm, out-patient clinics, we prioritize outcomes instead of units. We are looking for an additional DPT who will share that vision.

Our therapists are rewarded for thinking, not just hustling.

That means routine cases are treated with depth, and complex cases are treated with collaboration.

Your schedule is built intelligently and documentation is structured, not weaponized.

Your time is respected and you get to go home on time because our system was designed by someone who refused to burn out again.

Our Director left corporate hospital PT and said “never again.” Nearly ten years later, she’s still here. And so are most of the clinicians who have joined her.

In an industry where many therapists leave within a year or two, our team stays (our entire PT staff has been here a minimum of 3 years!)... Not because it’s easy. But because it's worth it.

    The Results?

Post-op rehab is more successful because it’s not rushed. Chronic pain improves because it’s investigated. “Routine” cases get more than routine care.

Patients come back next time because they finally got better this time. And our therapists stay because they’re respected and valued.

    Compensation

DPT's earn a strong base salary based on expertise, ranging from $73,500-$85,000 per year.

Growth is built on Tenure + Impact. Not unit chasing. Not artificial benchmarks.

As your expertise grows and your patient impact expands, your compensation reflects it.

This Is Not For burned out therapists looking for autopilot cases or low cognitive demand.

    This Is For DPTs Who:

    Feel restless inside routine.

Are tired of pretending burnout is just part of the job.

Want to be proud of their work and still have energy when they get home.

If you’re ready to practice with the authority you’ve earned, send your résumé and a short note about why being a DPT keeps you motivated.

If you take the time to apply, we will take the time to respond.
