We’re growing, and we’re hiring for either a Physical Therapist or a Clinic Director—depending on your experience and goals. This role is flexible by design. For the right candidate, it’s a chance to step into leadership and help guide the future of our clinic. You’ll treat one-on-one, collaborate daily with your team, and, if you're ready, take on mentorship, management, and strategic growth.

Compensation & Benefits

For Clinic Director candidates:

Salary: $83,000–$93,000 depending on experience

Performance-based bonuses tied to clinic success

For Physical Therapist candidates:

Competitive salary based on experience

You’re a fit if you:

Are licensed (or license-eligible) in Florida

Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.

Have outpatient experience
