This position is ideal for a mortgage loan processor or someone with experience collecting and reviewing financial documents in a professional setting. This position is Full-Time and is hybrid remote/in-office after the initial onboarding period. Responsibilities: • Communicate with clients to gather and organize required financial documents • Guide clients through the document submission process with patience and professionalism • Review submitted materials for accuracy and completeness • Follow up with clients as needed to ensure the timely submission of documents • Maintain accurate records and update case management systems • Promptly answer client questions and manage client expectations Qualifications: • Strong Attention to Detail • Experience handling financial or legal documents preferred • Self-motivated Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
