  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    The Document Control Administrator controls, maintains, and issues the Company’s controlled documents per customer and company requirements. This frequently includes receiving revision notifications, updating databases and shared files, printing internal manufacturing orders and related documents, and validating document revisions are current.

    What will my responsibilities include?

    • Issues documents (drawings, specifications, PCMs, etc.) as needed for manufacturing, inspection, assembly, part mark, and shipping of product
    • Maintains all documents at the current revision level
    • Reviews and administers engineering documents per customer required revision level
    • Maintains master database for all engineering documents
    • Provides document copies to all Departments of the Company
    • Follows all safety guidelines established by the Company, including proper use of safety equipment and relevant safety procedures
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Salary Offering: $23.25 per hour to $30.00 per hour

    Shift: M - F, 7:00am - 3:30pm
