We're Hiring: Quality Control Document Control Specialist I

Are you detail-driven, quality-focused, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Valentine Enterprises, Inc. (VEI) is looking for a Quality Control Document Control Specialist I to join our growing team!

In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our products meet the highest standards by managing critical documentation, supporting quality systems, and serving as a liaison between internal teams and customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Review and verify internal and third-party test results
• Compile data and create Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
• Approve finished goods for release based on lot criteria
• Liazon to communicate with customers regarding documentation
• Assemble and maintain complete Lot Folders
• Support ERP workflows

• A high school diploma or GED—your foundation for success
• Basic computer skills—you’re comfortable navigating digital tools
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word—you know your way around a spreadsheet or document
• A willingness to learn—we love curious minds!
• Strong attention to detail—you catch the small stuff that makes a big difference
• You’re a team player who communicates clearly
• Time management skills—you know how to prioritize and stay on track
• Self-motivated—you can stay focused and productive with minimal supervision

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word—you can do more than just the basics
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
• Previous experience in an office or administrative environment
• Experience in quality systems or testing
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Interest in continuous learning and process improvement
