Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Quality Analyst to support a large healthcare document review and automation project. This role focuses on reviewing member communications for accuracy, compliance, and quality prior to release.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in quality review, document review, compliance, healthcare operations, or QA who enjoys structured work, finding errors, and improving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review automated documents for accuracy and completeness
• Compare documents against approved source materials
• Identify errors, formatting issues, and data discrepancies
• Track issues through resolution
• Partner with compliance, operations, and technology teams
• Support quality improvements within document workflows
• Ensure regulatory and quality standards are met
• Maintain documentation of review activities
• Assist with testing related to document system updates

Required Qualifications

• Experience in document review, QA, compliance, operations, or similar roles
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in regulated environments preferred (healthcare, insurance, financial services)
• Ability to follow structured review processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Document management systems experience
• QA or audit background
• UAT or system testing support
• Process improvement experience
