    Obtains necessary documentation for reimbursement

    · Obtain and Review supporting documentation

    · Schedule Patients, confirm appointments, reschedule no shows

    · Create, fax detailed prescription for item being ordered

    · Request signed detailed prescriptions

    · Obtains prior Authorizations

    · Track all detailed prescriptions and prior authorizations (WIP)

    · Obtain all proper documentation needed to bill claims

    · Prepare items to be delivered for practitioner along with delivery slips

    · Cross train with front office personnel

    · Assist in answering phones

    · Data Entry

    · Assist front office when needed

    · Data Entry

    · Insurance Verification

    · Notify patients for all copays, deductibles and out of pocket expenses that they may be responsible for
