    POSITION SUMMARY

    Support research operations by evaluating and coordinating the source-management efforts of the offshore team. Assist client services and research teams by investigating client inquiries and correcting errors in published project announcements.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    HIGH-LEVEL SOURCE MANAGEMENT (75%)

    ● Coordinate the use of bots, manuals, and Mobius scrapes to most effectively monitor project sources

    1. Evaluate sources for suitability for botting, scraping, or manually checking
    2.  Identify and minimize duplicated efforts (e.g. project source both botted and scraped source)
    3.  Collaborate with Bot Operator to maximize the effectiveness of bot sources

    ● Monitor performance of offshore Source Analysts (SA)

    ● Update reports with performance indicators

    ● Audit SA source changes for accuracy

    ● Determine whether to start/stop monitoring sources based on project production feasibility

    ● Perform QA on newly added sources

    ● Manage login information for agency websites

    ● Ensure the timeliness of data acquisition by monitoring data sources for delays

    ● Communicate source-management changes to offshore team

    SOLICITATION PROJECT SUPPORT (15%)

    • Contact agencies via phone and/or email for clarifications needed prior to publication

    ● Assist with overflow writing

    ● Answer questions in project-related Slack channels

    ASSIST CLIENT SERVICES/SALES WITH RESEARCH-RELATED TASKS (10%)

    ● Provide Client Services Team with the information needed to respond to client inquiries

    ● Update projects with corrections when needed

    EDUCATION

    • Minimum of high school diploma; college degree strongly preferred

    CERTIFICATES/LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS

    WORK EXPERIENCE

    • Experience with data entry, data management, or content-scraping is required

    • Knowledge of IMS operations and/or workflow in identifying current RFPs/RFQs are preferred

    EQUIPMENT AND APPLICATIONS

    • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite

    • Proficiency with internet browsers and internet research

    • Working knowledge of HTML coding is preferred
