    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    We are searching for a full-time INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE who will be responsible for conducting lead generation, selling new accounts, and providing account management to prospective clients.  IMS offers a competitive starting wage, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, and room for advancement.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Research A/E/C companies that provide services that match IMS' coverage areas.
    • Identify relevant contacts and/or decision-makers within organizations.
    • Introduce A/E/C companies to IMS' service offerings while identifying their needs and managing objections.
    • Meet IMS sales goals by making 35-50 phone calls/day and closing a minimum of ten accounts/month.
    • Create and maintain data in the Salesforce CRM.

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

    • Cold calling and at least one year of proven sales success are required.
    • Internet research skills and real-world experience are a must.
    • Communication, organizational and time-management skills are required.
    • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required. A college degree is preferred.
    • Knowledge of the A/E/C industry is a plus, but job-specific training will be provided.
