At K-9 Divine Dog Ranch, safety is our first priority. We pride ourselves on providing a safe, fun, and cage-free environment for dogs while their owners are away. Our facility is designed to ensure that every dog feels at home, with plenty of space to play, relax, and socialize. We are passionate about animal care and are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Full Time Afternoon/Evening Dog Attendant Thursday through Monday from 1 PM to 9 PM.

Qualifications

Experience in animal care, particularly with dogs

Comfortable with dogs of all breeds and sizes

Understanding of dog behavior/body language

Ability to multitask while prioritizing dog safety

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Organizational skills and attention to detail

Must be able to work holidays and weekends

Demonstrated ability to manage stress and maintain composure in challenging situations

Passionate about animal welfare and committed to providing excellent care

Ability to stand for long hours and lift at least 50 lbs. with no restrictions

Reliable transportation to and from work

Excellent references

Experience in dog training is a plus

Duties

Rotating dogs outside throughout the day

Refilling dog water bowls regularly

Scooping poop - it's a big part of the job!

Refilling outdoor water buckets up to 5 gallons

Disinifecting kennels

Rotating blankets and sheets in laundry

Supervising play areas to ensure pet safety

Daily cleaning and maintaining of facility

Other tasks assigned as needed

Additional Duties

Handle bathing and grooming tasks (as requested by owner)
