What You'll Do

As a SCENT Tech, you'll provide the essential hygiene services that keep dogs clean, comfortable, and healthy.

Responsibilities include:

Bathing and drying dogs

Trimming and grinding nails

Cleaning ears and brushing teeth

Brushing and de-shedding coats

Expressing anal glands (training provided)

Performing a S.C.E.N.T. Check to identify visible skin, coat, ear, nail, and dental concerns

Recording observations in our S.C.E.N.T. Check system

Preparing dogs for grooming services

Working with your team to keep appointments on schedule

Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment

Ensuring every dog is handled safely and compassionately

What We're Looking For

Job Requirements

Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout an entire shift

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Comfortable working in a smoke-free environment

Ability to safely handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments

Previous professional dog bathing or grooming experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person who has a great work ethic, positive attitude, and a genuine love for dogs.
