Dog Care & Front Desk Specialist (Part-Time) Central Bark West Palm Beach

At Central Bark, we combine expert supervision, enrichment, and structured play to support every dog’s physical and mental well-being. This is a dog-first, hands-on role—front desk is just one part of the job.

We’re looking for someone energetic, reliable, and experienced in working directly with dogs. If you don’t have professional experience but have extensive, hands-on experience handling dogs and can confidently manage group play, we’re open to training the right person.

What You’ll Do

Actively supervise and manage dog playgroups to ensure safe, positive interactions

Read dog body language and intervene appropriately

Feed, medicate, and care for dogs like family

Maintain a clean, healthy facility

Welcome and build relationships with dog parents

Bring energy that excites both dogs and their humans

What You Bring

18+ with reliable transportation

Strong, hands-on dog handling experience (professional preferred)

Confidence working with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels

Ability to stay active, alert, and on your feet

Strong customer service skills (front desk is a secondary component)

Availability up to 25 hrs/week (including weekends/holidays)

Bonus: Animal care roles (daycare, kennel, vet, training), leadership mindset

The Reality
