About the Role:

Join The Dog Stop, Allison Park as a Dog Care Lead, where your passion for pets meets leadership! In this exciting role, you'll oversee daily operations while providing exceptional care for our furry friends in a vibrant and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily dog care operations, ensuring a safe and clean environment.

Lead and train a team of dog care staff in best practices and customer service.

Develop and implement engaging activities for dogs to promote physical and mental well-being.

Communicate with management regarding dogs' needs and behaviors during daycare and boarding.

Maintain accurate records of dog care activities and health checks.

Assist with scheduling and managing appointments for grooming and training services.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all aspects of care.

Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners and address any concerns promptly.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience in dog care or a related field.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Knowledge of dog behavior, health, and grooming needs.

Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and staff.

Certification in pet first aid and CPR is a plus.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Passion for animal welfare and a positive attitude towards all pets.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
