We are looking for a Dog Daycare Attendant to join our small, dedicated team. This position is hands-on and requires active supervision, engagement, and care of dogs in a group daycare setting.

What You’ll Do:

Provide direct, hands-on supervision of dogs in playgroups

Ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care

Monitor pack behavior and maintain structured play

Clean and sanitize play areas and equipment

Communicate clearly with team members about dog behavior and daily operations

Assist with feeding, rest breaks, and general care

What We’re Looking For:

Must truly love dogs and feel comfortable working with groups of them

Reliable and punctual — our dogs depend on us!

Strong communication skills

Team-oriented mindset

Eager to learn and grow professionally

Ability to stay active (standing, walking, lifting, bending throughout shift)

Previous dog handling or daycare experience is preferred, but not required.

Training Requirement:

All new hires are required to complete our Pack Pro Training Course, which teaches proper pack management, dog behavior fundamentals, and safe handling techniques. We are committed to setting our team up for success!
